This is a little survey. *My dream vacation is to go to Vietnam and visit the family members and go shop for random things (south pole, hello kitty, louis vuitton) an dout there its cheaper! And i want to go water parachuting (whatever its called).*
What is a good vacation spot and why?
The Outer Banks of North Carolina...family oriented and NO FAST FOOD places...great weather...quiet and uncrowded beaches(and you can have fires and drive on the beach)...I was just in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico--it was ok BUT-- I can't wait to get to the OBX in July...I love it!!!
Reply:I'd like to mount a campaign to encourage people not to go anywhere. Travel has become so expensive and unpleasant that it's hard to understand why people don't stay home.
Why are we crowding our highways and airports to get someplace else? Newspapers and magazines are filled with ads trying to get us to travel. They want us to go somewhere - anywhere but home.
